Overview
This project formed part of the hospital’s expansion under Kenya’s national referral hospital framework. Medquip was responsible for installing medical-grade copper pipelines, AGSS (Anesthetic Gas Scavenging System), oxygen, vacuum, and medical air systems. The project covered over 10 critical hospital departments including the operating theatres, neonatal intensive care, maternity, and HDU. Medquip implemented automatic changeover manifolds and pressure regulation systems for seamless gas supply, ensuring the new block met international healthcare infrastructure standards.
